Audrarian -- I'm starting to think my "natural weight" is much heavier than before. Still can't accept it. I've been seriously working on it the last two months. I'm not looking to be an 8 again, gotta be realistic. But I do need to drop two sizes. Are you OK with your hair now?

I was 135 before pregnancy and have been between 164 and 170 since. I have tried off and on to get back to my old weight, but my body seems to be more comfortable where it is now. Back then I always felt fat, trying to fit into a 9 when I was a 12. Now I know I am a 14/16 and just go with it. My appearance focus lately is that I cut my super
long hair to shoulder length. I cried, but my goodness, it had been draped around me since the ninth grade.

Jane@Health Articles -- The last time I weighed 98 lbs was probably in the 6th grade. The lowest I ever achieved in my adult life was 127. I'd have to starve too, and then I'd be dead and, even at my current weight, living is a much more attractive option. Thanks for commenting!

Once upon a time, I weighed 98 pounds.
Yup, me, 98lbs.
Then I got married, had a kid, and my hips expanded and the wight went on, and I’ve never been able to get rid of it.
*sigh*
I’d have to starve myself to get down to 115…LOL

Joseph Mercola -- Yeah, except I kept gaining and not working out. All good tips. I don't do that as much, but it would help me burn a few extra calories during the course of my day. Pray for me.

Hi Kathy.. Don't fret, you're not alone. A lot of people gain at least a couple of pounds after the end of the year, due to the mass of delicious foods during the holidays :)

I would like to add to your plan getting of the elevator a couple of floors short, then take the stairs the rest of the way. Or park a couple of blocks from where you work then walk (or jog).

Best of luck :)

cardiogirl -- I'm sorry I laughed at your misfortune, but it does make me feel better. Except for the part where you were pregnant and I am not. What's my excuse?

Clearly I'm late to the party. I, too, had a similar experience and a reminder five years later of said experience.

I was at least seven months pregnant with my second kid and my ass hit the metal toilet paper roll holder which *was* firmly attached to the wall. I had to use that teeny tiny screwdriver for eyeglasses to tighten the hinge on the right side of the holder that is in the wall.

Now every couple of months (almost five years later) I have to tighten that teeny tiny screw because of my big huge ass in a small basement bathroom.

At least that girl won't be at your office (hopefully) as a reminder in five years.

cardiogirl's last blog post..I stood up to a 7-year-old — baby steps I know, but it still felt good

Natural Woman -- I'm still diligently working on my butt. The only problem I had was yesterday, while doing a side stepping routine, I banged my left knee into a drawer handle so hard I saw stars. Word of warning: Workout far enough from the desk!

Glad you like the colors. I've toyed with the idea of finding another theme that has a wider sidebar, but I can't find one in this same color scheme, which I also like alot. So I'm keeping this one for now.

I need to follow this exercise plan. I won't even comment on my butt, but it has its own zip code.

Your blog colors are so pleasing to the eye.

Shieldmaiden96 -- Thanks for that site. I should sign up. An interesting thing is happening. I'm not losing anything the last 3 days. I think because I'm not getting enough calories. I have to find a happy medium. I have to check out your last post. The title interests me, as I'm annoyed by everything.
