My first taste of a doggy treat was around the 70's and my little poodle used to get "donuts" for a treat. Round, colorful little crispy things. And I wanted to know what it tasted like. Well not very good the say the least. However, now a days some of the treats smell delicious and don't taste too bad either. Only now I'm trying them for my Maltese to see why she really loves them :) Hee hee. I'm 90% vegan, but my husband can always tempt me to go off the diet at this place! The bacon is chewy and flavorful, the juice is fresh-squeezed, they put real whipped cream on the chocolate chip (semisweet!) pancakes, and their German pancake, the Dutch Baby, (including the apple-covered and vegetable with cheese varieties) would be my last meal if I were on death row!
