karen — I am, too. It truly is the thought that counts and I do give him points for having a cat stuck in there because that baby stays in my office for ever and ever and I’ll always remember where it came from.

Preston — In Dave’s defense, he knows my favorite flower is the tulip and he’d have gotten those if they were in season. You know, I did think of sticking the cat out on the patio to scare the squirrels away. Squirrels hate me. Oh, and you’re no match for me if we’re fighting over food. Plus, I can beat you over the head with the drumstick. Match over.

And next time it's near your birthday, anniversary, or any event where you might receive a gift, stalk talking about how much you love bouquets of single flowers, like ALL roses or daisies.
