It is freezing today, and my kids are ready to go to school in shorts. My wife and I threatened to make them walk to school (about 3mi) if they didn't start dressing appropriately FOR THE WEATHER. They still would do it. We just don't understand. When we were pre-teens, shorts were not allowed in public school, except at PE. Is it tied to the bee die-out? Cosmic clouds of dark matter? Perhaps.
