I have never bothered with the pumpkin goop, but I do love Libby’s pure pumpkin in a can. It is loaded with antioxidants and is low cal and low carb. I sometimes will just mix a little with splenda and cinnamon as a snack. I also have found some great low carb and low cal healthy recipes.
