I had not seen the Windy saga - first time today. Makes me think about a soccer ball my middle child got. Shiny brand new... and THAT day my oldest kicks it and it goes up in our oak tree. For YEARS my kids threw stuff at it - but it would not budge. Now, about five years later, we had a nor'easter and the whole tree came down. A day or so later my middle son called and said, "MOM! I have my soccer ball back!" I had completely forgotten about it.
